TUITION / FEES

Tuition, Summer Camp Fees and Event fees must be paid in advance of start the of (classes, events & Camps) and is non-refundable for any reason other than documented long-term illness or injury(request must be made in 60 days).  Tuition is not refundable due to a student’s cancellation, absence, or withdrawal from a (Baby | Caregiver & Me, Spanish Club, event and Summer Camp)  for any reason.  Please review potential schedule conflicts before scheduling enrolling.

Tuition Payments – installment policy:

1st Payment/installment confirms participation in the 11-12 week class. The payment plan is for your convenience. You are still obligated to the full 11-12 week payment. When you make the 1st payment/installment, we are reserving your child’s spot in class for the full 11-12 weeks. Once class starts, there are no cancellations or refunds.

PAYMENTS

Credit card payments are only processed online for security purposes.  You may also send a check to 101 West Eagle Rd., Suite 187, Havertown, PA 19083.

CONDUCT

We like to have fun while learning a language, but students who continually disrupt the fun, at the instructor’s discretion, will be asked not to return for the remainder of the session.  No refunds are provided due to a student’s misbehavior.

MISSED CLASSES / MAKEUPS

If you are unable to attend a class due to illness, travel, etc. you may call to schedule a makeup class on another day.  Makeup reservations classes are on a first come, first serve basis and subject to availability.   We cannot guarantee availability of makeup classes.  There is no refund or credit for classes that are not made up.  Missed classes must be made up during the same session and do not carry over to the next session.

CLASSES CANCELLED BY THE SCHOOL

Should a class need to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll attempt to add time to remaining classes.  If warranted, we’ll schedule a make up class during the session as space and availability of classrooms permits.

Spanish Exploradores reserves the right to cancel any class, camp or event due to insufficient enrollment.   If there is insufficient enrollment, parents will be notified approximately 3 days before the start of class, camp, event and refunded in full.

WEATHER CLOSURES

For the safety of our students and staff, Spanish Exploradores follows the Haverford Township School District for weather-related cancellations.

Due to some severe allergic reactions, please only bring water to class. Gracias!

Spanish Clubs

You may send an after school snack from your school district’s safe food list.

Summer Camp

You may send a nut free snack and lunch to Summer Camp.

SIBLINGS – Baby | Caregiver & Me

Siblings 8 months and under are invited to join the class at no charge. Siblings 9 months and older are invited to join the class, which will include a sibling discount.

STUDENT PROPERTY

Spanish Exploradores is not responsible for notebooks, artwork or other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen or damaged.

Summer Camp

CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS:

April 15
You may cancel a camp session until and including April 15.   A full cancellation is subject to a $75 cancellation fee and a $25 registration fee per child.

April 16- May 1st
There are no refunds. You will receive a credit to use towards another week of camp to be used by the camper or another family member for Summer 2023.

May 2 – May 31
You may change weeks without reducing number of weeks. No credits or refunds will be given out regardless of registration date, illness or vacation.

June 1 (or later)
You may add weeks at any time without incurring a late fee. However, changes in camp weeks without reducing the number of weeks will incur $25 fee per child and are subject to availability.
